Wednesday, September 12th – 10:00 – 12:00 PM THE Independent Living Philosphy & Our History – Shawnett Viani presents a workshop discussing how people with disabilities were able to create a philosophy of independence that ushered in civil rights, the ADA and Centers for Independent Living worldwide. North Texas Giving Day is a massive event on September 20th for the community to give to their favorite causes, charities and organizations. REACH of Plano wants more! We want to spend time visiting with our co-disability advocates – that means you, and come together to work, enjoy and preserve our access to the community- please come by on Thursday, September 20th, 4 – 6 pm for refreshments and friendship as we continue to represent the disability community!
