Privacy Policy

REACH values the trust that people with disabilities (consumers) place in our organization and we will protect that trust by respecting their privacy, particularly as it relates to maintaining the confidentiality of any of their personal information that we may acquire.

Access to personal information about each consumer that we assist is restricted to those REACH employees and our agents who need to know that information in order to provide requested products and services.

We require our contractors, vendors, agents and partners to agree, as a condition of doing business with us, to maintain the confidentiality of the information we disclose to them in order to carry out the services for which we have contracted; they are also required not to disclose such information or otherwise use it except for the reason for which it was disclosed to them.

We are committed to protecting our consumers’ privacy as we continue to offer the North Texas disability community various services, programs and resources.
