Rehabilitation Council of Texas and Texas Workforce Solutions Vocational Rehabilitation Services to host Virtual Town Hall Series

The Rehabilitation Council of Texas (RCT) and Texas Workforce Solutions-Vocational Rehabilitation Services (TWS-VRS) will host a Virtual Town Hall Series to hear more about the rehabilitation needs of people with disabilities seeking employment. Previously scheduled in-person meetings have been cancelled. Make plans to participate in one of the upcoming Virtual Town Hall Meetings, which will be conducted through Zoom:

Thursday May 7, 2020

Tuesday May 19, 2020

Your input will help shape the future of vocational rehabilitation services provided by the State of Texas.

The conversations held at these meetings will aim to:

  1. Describe Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services across Texas;
  2. Discuss employment-related needs; and
  3. Learn how to improve VR services

RCT Town Hall Survey

The virtual town halls will be centered on the RCT Town Hall survey, which individuals can access ahead of time. You may also submit responses without attending a meeting. A print version of the survey is also available. TWS-VRS will review all survey responses.

If you do attend the virtual meeting and have additional responses after the meeting ends, please call 1-512-936-4321 or email VR.CSNA@twc.state.tx.us. Please keep in mind that these options are for Town Hall questions only and not for personal questions or individual cases.
