Call for Volunteers Seeking Gamers with physical disabilities that limit their ability to interact with typical game controllers.
AET339 Tangible Gaming Interfaces students are designing and prototyping custom controllers for gamers with disabilities for their final project. Gamers can be interested in any type of game, but should have accessibility needs related to the use of a physical controller.
Volunteers must be available for an initial interview around the date of Nov 10 and a final critique on Dec 1 at 2pm CT. They may be optionally available for a midway project check in to provide feedback on designs. Due to concerns around COVID-19 we will not be meeting in person for playtesting, all meetings are held remotely.
Volunteers will be compensated for their time.
Seeking 5 volunteers at this time.
