CSD’s Digital TV Project

Are you ready for digital TV transition?
Are you not sure, what is required of you to make the switch to digital TV?
Are you having trouble with closed captioning?

You can get your answers or assistance through CSD's Digital TV (DTV) Help Center. DTV Help Center is specially designed to handle calls from deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind communities. You can reach us through videophone with signing representatives, TTY, AIM, e-mail or simply call our voice number through any relay service, including CapTel®.

In January, the FCC awarded CSD a contract to launch an awareness campaign to America's deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind community, regarding the nationwide transition from analog to digital TV and provide support. CSD's DTV Help Center is open 18 hours a day, seven days a week.

As many people are finding out, one day they turn on the TV, and there is nothing to watch except white noise – where did the channels go? Also, people are finding closed captioning problems after they make the switch to digital TV – what went wrong?

If you have questions, concerns or are frustrated about the DTV transition or closed captioning, call the CSD DTV Help Center. Don't be left with nothing but static on your TV – call today!
