Consumer Personal Care Attendant Toolkit

This toolkit is a step-by-step guide for anyone needing information about attendant care in Texas. We pulled together training materials from existing Centers as well as information on the Consumer Directed Services program. This is part of Objective 1.2 in the State Plan on Independent Living (SPIL): individuals with disabilities have access to a strong network of quality Personal Care Attendants to assist them in gaining and retaining as much independence as they choose.
