New Video on Opportunity Occupations

Did you know that two-thirds of Americans don't have a four-year college degree?

In this new Federal Reserve documentary, you'll meet Jaime Pearson, a wife, mother and truck scales administrator at a steel mill near Toledo, Ohio. Jaime’s job is an example of the many varied opportunity occupations—or good-paying jobs that don't require a four-year college degree—across the country.

Informing today’s workers, students and job-training providers about these career paths could promote greater economic mobility for the millions of people for whom college is not an option.
