Virtual “Hire Dallas!” Job Fair hosted by Mayor Eric Johnson on
Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas (WSGD) will be hosting a virtual job fair, where jobseekers can go to the website, enter a virtual lobby, and stop by virtual booths to meet real employers actively looking for employees. This job fair with the City of Dallas, as well as 40 employers, who are hiring. Job seekers can set up a log in, build a profile and upload their resumes prior to the event -- and are highly encouraged to do so. Most employers in the past have asked that job seekers upload resumes for their review.
DCCCD Career Training Education Information Sessions
DCCCD will be hosting a Virtual 5 Part Series to provide CTE Program Information. The sessions times and dates are listed below. EVERYONE is welcome J Candidates may be interested in obtaining an Associate's Degree or State Recognized Certificate in Career and Technical Education at Richland College. These informative sessions will detail options available to help you pay for college courses, admission process, meet the educators as well as employment opportunities and placement post completion.
Financial Aid, Wednesday May 27th at 6pm until 7pm.
Admission Process Tuesday May 26th at 12 noon until 1pm.
Meet the Teachers Monday June 1st at 6pm till 7pm
Internships and Job Opportunities June 8th at 6pm till 7pm
